Patty's effort and dedication can be summarized by explaining the first interaction we ever had with her, back in March 2007. We explained that we had been struggling to get potential buyers to our home and we would love to have her come over as soon as it was convenient, which she said would be the next day, on Sunday morning. Well, that was timely enough, but Patty actually drove 20 minutes to our home on that same Saturday night, and dropped off at our front door a background piece on her, as well as a personalized marketing suggestion and strategy for selling our home. So, in less than two hours after first talking to her on the phone, she had the energy to prepare a package and drive it over. Now that is commitment!!

For over 30 years I have lived in an apartment or a condo and this year decided I wanted to own a house. After selling our rental house in May, we recommended her to our neighbors who needed to sell their house quickly. Within two weeks they had an offer.
